Weight Loss Hypnosis
This transcript of a hypnosis session for weight loss, is excellent in its structure, and excellent in it’s effects. Hearing it is much more powerful than reading it. Reading it in a relaxed slow pace, is more powerful than studying it’s components and commenting on them. Commenting on the structure, is for learning how it works, and that is the goal of this page.
Sit back, relax and just close your eyes.
In a very few moments you are going to be more relaxed, than you have ever been in your entire life.
I’m going to mention different parts of your body, and as I do, I want you to just begin to feel that part of your body relax. Just feel that part of your body totally relax.
In order to help you relax, I want you to imagine, you are in a wonderfully enchanting field, surrounded by majestic trees. It’s dusk, – and the sunset is a rich indigo blue. The stars are coming out and the moon is high in the sky, – and lighting up the trees. You can see the moon’s reflection, – on the beautiful, calm lake.
Off in the distance, you can hear the hypnotic sounds of a bubbling brook. As you lie there, not moving a single muscle, you begin to feel a wonderfully, warm, relaxing feeling enter your body.
(Music) This warm feeling, is the most relaxing sensation you have ever felt in your entire life. A beautiful, peaceful, warm feeling, – full of warmth and relaxation starting to run through your entire body, starting with your head, – as you feel this relaxation around the top of your head, – you seem to be touched, with an overwhelming feeling, and a willingness to relax deeper, and deeper and deeper with every breath you take.
This warm relaxation starts to go lower now, and you can feel it’s warmth on your forehead, and as you feel this warmth, – all the tension in your forehead begins to disappear. The forehead becomes smooth, and it feels so relaxed, – and you feel this relaxation coming down your forehead, – and into your eyes, – and now your eyelids are becoming very, very heavy; so heavy they don’t even want to open, they’re so relaxed, they may flutter a little, but that’s just fine. Just feel how heavy they are.
And as the relaxation comes down and around into the muscles of your face now, feel all those little muscles in your face, just begin to relax. That’s right. Relaxing with every breath you take, feeling more relaxed than you have ever felt in your entire life. As you begin to breathe heavier and heavier and heavier you go deeper and deeper relaxed.
As the relaxation comes further down around your mouth now, and all the little muscles around your mouth, just begin to relax, so much so that your lower jaw becomes heavy and your teeth may even part.
Your mouth even may open up a little. But that’s okay. As you continue deeper and deeper relaxed feel this relaxation now all around your lower jaw and behind your ears so that all the little muscles behind the ears just seem to relax as you continue to go deeper and deeper and even deeper.
More relaxed than you have ever been before. More deeper relaxed with every breath you take. Feel your breathing getting heavier, and heavier, and heavier as you are getting more relaxed, with every deep breath you take.
This relaxation continues to the back of your neck now and deep into your shoulders. Our shoulders always seem to be so full of tension, but now you feel your shoulders just begin to relax and you may even feel them droop a little.
This relaxation seems to go to your back now and as it goes down your spinal column it seems to branch out to the sides so that every muscle, every ligament, every fibre in your back just seems to relax more and more and more with every breath you take. Feeling so relaxed now.
And this relaxation seems now to come to your lower back and around your buttocks as this warm sense of relaxation comes to the back of the thigh now, all the way down to the back of the knee, around the calf of the leg, down into your heel into the bottom of your foot and every single toe just seems to relax more and more and more.
As you go deeper and deeper and even deeper with every breath you take feeling just wonderfully relaxed. You are so calm, very peaceful, very, very relaxed.
And now, if you wish, allow yourself to shift your body however you need to, to become even more comfortable and become even more and more relaxed. Go ahead and do that right now if you wish to. That’s perfect.
We’re going to relax the rest of your body now.
Starting with the neck, feel your neck muscles just begin to relax, as this relaxation comes down the fronts of your shoulders, down the upper arm, past your elbow and into the forearm, into your hands and every single finger just relaxes more and more and more as you go deeper and deeper and deeper relaxed with every breath you take more relaxed than you have ever been before in your entire life.
That’s right. Just relaxing with every breath you take, doing so very, very well now as you continue to relax.
Feel this relaxation now coming back up your arms and into your neck muscles, down into your chest and all the muscles and organs within your chest are just starting to relax.
Continue to relax now and as this relaxation continues far down into your stomach area all the muscles within the stomach just seem to relax.
This warm sense of relaxation goes down into your thighs, over your knees, down into the shin bone, across the instep of your foot, into the foot itself and every single toe just relaxes more and more as you go deeper and deeper and relax deeper and you continue a deeper and deeper calm; very, very relaxed. That’s right.
You are so relaxed now, more relaxed with every deep breath you take. Very deep now, breathing heavier and heavier as you go deeper and deeper and deeper.
Now I want you to imagine , you and I standing in this beautiful, enchanting field, – and at the base of our feet is a wonderful, brick walkway and stairs, – that leads downward into a very safe and very relaxing grove.
These steps will lead you into a very profound state of deep, deep hypnosis.
We are going to go down these steps now together. As I count backwards from 10 to Zero each number will take you deeper and deeper and even deeper. Are you ready to go down these stairs with me? Nod your head please. That’s right, very good, doing so very good now.

- 9: Deeper and deeper
- 8: Way down now
- 7: Even more deeper and deeper
- 6: So wonderfully relaxed
- 5: Deeper and oh so deeper
- 4: You are going into a deep, deep state of hypnosis now
- 3: Going deeper
- 2: So relaxed to even move, feeling very, very comfortable. More comfortable than you have ever, ever felt before
- 1: and at the next number you will enter this beautiful place of peace and tranquility called deep, deep hypnosis.
More relaxed and peaceful than you’ve ever, ever known yourself to be. Is that okay with you? Nod your head please. Wonderful.
Zero: Just continue to go deeper and deeper, so calm and so relaxed, just continue to relax now, breathing easily and listen to the soft music as you go deeper and deeper and deeper.
Imagine a door, – right in front of you, it has your name on it, and it has a welcome sign on the door.
You can’t imagine why your name is on the door, but the welcome sign must mean for you to go inside and as you open the door you see five steps which lead down into a room filled with dials and meters all over the walls.
As you begin walking now, down those steps, you can notice all the meters and dials seem to go on forever and ever. In fact, there are so many meters and dials that you can’t possibly see them all consciously, but as you look at them you notice that they are each labelled individually.
One meter is labelled, ‘metabolism’
the other is labelled ‘cholesterol’
another is labelled ‘blood pressure’
and yet another labelled, ‘body fat’
And as you gaze among the millions and millions of meters and dials, you realize that you are in the control room of your mind and sitting in the middle of this control room is a book labelled ‘perfect health’ and it has your name on the book.
I want you to go over to that book and look inside. As you scroll through the words you begin to see that each page has a picture of each dial and a setting on the dial which most represents perfect health for you.
Now because you cannot possibly memorize each of these settings consciously I want you to begin scrolling the pages and memorizing each page rapidly and unconsciously while your unconscious mind begins memorizing each of the dials.
As you scroll through the book you notice a mirror in the corner of the room.
You walk over to the mirror and as you look into this mirror I want you to imagine the mirror showing off all the different angles and in this mirror you see a reflection of the perfect you with the correct size and weight you want to be.
See yourself in all the different angles with all the curves in just the right places, and your clothes fit perfectly against your body and you carry yourself like someone who is proud and is full of confidence and you realize that you can handle any situation that you may meet and you realize that you have the strength and abilities that have come with your years.
As you gaze into the true beauty of your reflection, hear your reflection giving you these suggestions:
From now on you will chew your food longer and slower, and this will allow you to pull flavour and enjoyment from your food that you have never done before, and this enjoyment will fulfil you more than the food.
As a result you will eat less food and your cravings for sweets and fatty foods is diminishing with every breath you take, and notice your breathing now.
As you breathe out feel your cravings for sweets and fatty foods just leave your body.
From now on, when you sit down to eat a meal, you will gauge your level of hunger on a scale from one to ten.
Zero being starving and ten being so full you can’t eat another bite. From now on you will stop eating at 6 or 7.
From now on you will stop eating at 6 or 7 knowing that this will allow you to be fulfilled having plenty of nourishment and you are able to walk away feeling nourished and fulfilled.
From now on, on a scale of one to ten you will stop eating at 6 or 7.
You will now desire to eat a fresh, healthy source of vegetables with lunch and dinner, knowing that, to the best of your ability, you will always eat a fresh source of veggies with each meal.
Fresh and healthy, uncooked, full of life and these foods will assist you digesting your meals easily, effortlessly and healthfully.
You now seem to pull enjoyment from fresh foods, full of water content as they become your snack of choice.
And finally, whenever you sit down to eat and feel the chair pressing against your backside allow that to signal a post hypnotic suggestion to increase your metabolism to a safe and moderate level most effective for digesting your meal.

And as your reflection of the perfect you gives you these suggestions, notice your reflection reaching it’s hands up to touch yours, and as your hands come into contact feel an unconditional source of love from your unconscious reflection.
And as you feel this intimate source of love and affection pouring into your heart it is this love and support from yourself that will allow you to have the discipline necessary in saying ‘no’ to unhealthy foods and ‘yes’ to healthy foods. Yes to life.
And now you see your reflection holding out it’s hand to you and as you reach out to take hold of your reflection’s hand, you step forward into your reflection as you become your reflection.
Feel how wonderful it feels to become your reflection.
And now as you step out of the mirror into a new life of health and vitality see yourself back in your control room of perfect health finishing the memorization of your book perfect health.
And now, begin adjusting the dials at a infinitely rapid pace to resemble the gauges in your book of perfect health knowing that you can do this unconsciously and also knowing that some of these gauges will need to be adjusted several times before you can achieve perfect health.
Allow yourself to create safe, moderate adjustments for the interim and as these dials begin adjusting at your unconscious level, begin to bring your attention to the sensations within your body as you feel them beginning to correct. That’s right.
Feel the sensations in your body as it signifies to your unconscious mind, the gauges are being adjusted right now, as your first step towards perfect health, the perfect weight you wish to weigh and as your body begins to move towards perfect health and achieving your desired weight I’m going to count from 1 to 5 and as I do you will awaken and with every numeral you will secure these suggestions deep into your unconscious mind.
1: Visualize yourself the size and shape you want to be, deserve to be.
2: Feeling wonderful about yourself, finally knowing you are in control
3: Desiring healthy foods that assist you in weighing your ideal weight
4: Ready now to do whatever is necessary to achieve this goal and…
5: Eyes open, wide awake, bright and alert, wide awake now. That’s right.
