Hearing spoken words is effortless, whereas reading requires the assistance of your conscious mind. This section is mainly a demonstration of technique.
In the transcript below there are a series of fullstops that illustrate spacing of the words:-
- . indicates a very short pause
- .. is a short pause
- … shows a longer pause and is often used in patterned speech
As you read this hypnotic script in your head or aloud try and add the spacing for maximum effect to re-create the rhythm of the words.
Deep Trance Identification
Think of someone who loves you .. a friend . relative or .. someone else .. someone who you’ve helped who approves of you .. now..
Imagine stepping into their body.. like.. putting on a new suit of clothes.. and.. look at yourself through the eyes of the person who loves you ..
Appreciate the good qualities you have as you see yourself through the eyes of love .. be aware of the thoughts and feelings that they have about you ..
When you’ve learnt about the special qualities that make you lovable step back out of that person and into yourself again.
Hypnotic Script promoting our Ideal Self
And so strangely, things can turn out well in the world as we attune ourselves to its energy .. we learn to be mindful and we .. learn to listen to our instincts ..

Hypnotic Scripts and the Left and Right ear
The next extract is a little difficult to demonstrate in script form, but very powerful when listened to.
Words that are spoken into the left ear I have put in italics. There are times when two separate statements are said simultaneously, one into the right ear and one into the left ear. I have indicated this with bold and italics.
When there is overlap or simultaneous speaking this is known as ‘Double Induction.’ It is an innovative technique whereby the suggestions are offered in a natural, indirect and permissive manner and appeal directly to the subconscious mind.
The voices are the same person but they weave together to form a harmony of images and appeal to different hemispheres in the brain. Double induction also serves to confuse and distract the conscious mind thereby allowing the unconscious to easily absorb the information.
(Right side speaker/headphone alone ) Every day you’ll build up positive and resourceful states of .. mind and body .. confidence .. passion .. love ..
(Right and Left speakers at the same time or overlapping speech) … Whenever you feel less than resourceful, you will remember how to change your state of .. mind … and body by … changing the pictures .. the sounds in your imagination .. you will remember whatever is happening around you .
You are always free to choose your .. inner peace happiness and optimism .. by
Remembering times when .. you experienced those states before .. and looking forward .. to … experiencing them many more times … and you will feel them … strongly in your body and .. condition your mind to expect more of those good feelings.

(Right speaker simultaneously with the left) You will find it easy to go on a negativity fast .. in future whenever you feel bad about anything you’ll stop and ask yourself what you’re feeling bad about .. take the appropriate action .. and .. refocus your mind on … things that make you feel good .. really good ..
This will happen automatically . and the more your mind does this, the more it becomes your nature . to be . truly positive . your mind will . naturally focus on the positive . and
You will become more resourceful than . ever before.
(Left speaker at the same time) I’d like to talk to your internal critical voice . I understand that … when you’re being critical … it has many positive functions and I’d like to … thank and acknowledge you for helping you so far.
However I want your unconscious mind to find some new alternative ways to achieve all the positive benefits that the old critical voice used to give you . new ways that do not involve doing the old ways of offering criticism you wish to change.
(Right speaker) You’ll notice how good you’ll feel from now .. on so much more optimistic and happy.
Imagining your Ideal Self
(Both speakers) Imagine what kind of person you are .. the character qualities you now possess .. the confidence .. feelings of security .. how much do you like yourself . even more . imagine your ideal self .. make that image big .bright and bold .. step into your ideal self.

That… every step you take is in that direction . focus yourself on your goals and purpose . .

A Bit about Binauaral Beats
How to organize and prioritize them.. Being aware of .. obstacles that might have gotten in the way .. it’s .. possible to know solutions beforehand. .Your mind can constantly change .. and .. fine tune your plans taking in feedback … just as an aeroplane…is .. continually… adjusting course … on it’s way to a destination.
Binaural beats are created by the brain as a result of the interaction of sending two different sounds (in tone) to each ear using stereo headphones.
The left and right ears are presented with steady, but different, tones and on reaching the brain a third signal is produced – this is a binaural beat. The tone of the phrases spoken above are slightly different and may produce a similar effect.
It has been suggested that binaural beats help induce relaxation, meditation, creativity and other positive mental states. Binaural beats are said to cause the brainwave patterns in the brain hemispheres to synchronize which results in increased levels of happiness, contentment and optimism and a decreased likelihood of mental illnesses.
