Hearing spoken words is effortless, whereas reading requires the assistance of your conscious mind. This section is the second part of the therapeutic suggestive phase and, although will help if read, it mainly serves as a demonstration of technique.

You deserve to do well … you are successful … you are creative .. and money flows to you .. you are developing a prosperity consciousness .. you surround yourself with successful people .. making money is good .. you’ll find it easier to enjoy your work .. you can enjoy talking to others who benefit from your work .
(Left speaker simultaneously) You’re an inherently good person .. people will really like you .. you love and approve of yourself .. your thoughts are energy ..
That resonate and attract to you the predominance of your thoughts .. you now think thoughts of happiness . wealth . optimism . joy . cheerful happiness . you remember to ask yourself . how can I do it better next time.
(Both Speakers) Imagine great wealth flowing towards you naturally and effortlessly ..
it can be notes . cheques . you can feel it .. feel good about the fact that . you deserve it .. imagine how good it is to really think about and enjoy .. complete financial independence ..
Imagine the positive differences great wealth gives you .. and the difference you could make in the world ..
Picture a really. wealthy. you .. how do you look .. what is your confident posture? ..
How do you breathe? .. Go over now .. and .. step into that .. truly wealthy you … like .. putting on a new suit of clothes ..
You get used to that good feeling .. feel that wealthy confidence .. and let that feeling spread through you ..
You know what it’s like to .. be in the zone .. in flow . in a peak state … now …
Remember times when you’ve been in a zone .. and .. imagine times when you will . and notice in clear detail .. feelings of .. being in flow .
Because when you experience any state .. your mind and body remembers it . and keeps a . psychological and . physiological record of it . so that . when it’s appropriate . you can experience it again .
Your mind used to wait until you were engaged in certain activities . until it triggered the flow state for you .. now ..
give you even more .. it can do it automatically .. so that .. you’re in flow so often .. that you produce the results that ..
I’d like your unconscious mind to .. go on a search through your experience for those .. specific times and places when you’ve already experienced .. a state of flow ..
And collect all those good feelings . and .. perceptions . and .. knowledge . and .. bring them forward in time .. through the now and into the future
whenever it’s frequently appropriate for you to experience it, you can . ever more effortlessly and . easily go with the flow and .
I don’t know if you can . really imagine just yet . how much increased joy and pleasure .. you’re going to be living with .. now ..
When you remember . about all the experiences and . learnings of flow that . you have .. how . much . more . experience is there for you to learn .
And benefit from the experience of others … as you practice you become skilled…
It is a mental state that most people will have experienced at some point in their lives. ‘Flow’ occurs when a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process.
Awareness of outside stimuli fades away and an automatic optimum performance mode takes over. In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does.
Flow has been defined as
“being completely involved in an activity for its own sake. The ego falls away Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one, like playing jazz. Your whole being is involved, and you’re using your skills to the utmost.”

What you place your attention on, you get more of ..
As you place your attention more and . more upon entering and remaining in a state of flow . you will experience this desirable state.. more and more ..
Like a river flowing strongly and easily . downstream . you’re flow state goes with .. whatever you’re interested in .. every day ..
When you practice the flow state . you strengthen and reinforce the neural pathways of flow in your brain .
You can live each day .. each breath is a work of art . unfolding and enjoying the unique beauty of each moment .. as it unfolds you enjoy just being in this moment . . you will find that you are happier and .
More fulfilled from this day forth .. you automatically find more joy and . beauty in each moment ..
Imagine how you would look if . you were totally happy and fulfilled .. now .
Make a clear bright picture in your mind and then .. go over and step into that happier you .
And feel how good the feelings feel .. the difference in thoughts . and let that learning . encode into your neurology and . physiology .
And now .. you . are at one with all things .. you go into flow states easily and naturally ..
You absorb yourself with activity that’s appropriate . positive and life-enhancing .
You choose to enter the flow state by enjoying more of what you do every day .. even the smallest daily activity can be a flow full occasion ..
You experience more and more times . and . situations where flow becomes useful and appropriate
Your unconscious now . can .. flow you at any time of the day or night .. while dreaming and practice and incorporate your learning experience to help your life flow more smoothly ..
With each breath you are reminded of your connection of flow ..
Imagine yourself in a time now .. where everything is alright . everything is exactly as it should be .
Look around see what you see . hear what you hear . and feel how good it feels to be in this good time ..
Really notice every tiny detail of this experience . and what lets you know that everything is okay …
The more good things you notice . the more your letting good feelings encode deeply into your neurology really enjoy exploring your ideal world .. now ..
Go through your ideal day . enjoying how well it starts . the people you meet . the ways they respond to you . the places you go . the things you do .
Take the time to do it now .. delight at the ingenuity of your imaginative mind . see what you see in richer detail . hear what you hear . and feel how good you feel now

that works on one level then one day it knows its time to go inside and change and when it emerges it’s a butterfly
So many changes are possible . and it’s important to relax .. and you can ask your unconscious mind to let you know very clearly . when you can safely and usefully relax ..
So that you notice . a . sweet soft feeling in your muscles and find your inner peace … whenever you relax . you can let yourself relax . as much as you need to .
And when you need to awaken . you can awaken with a bright delightful alertness .. and .
As you become aware of the wish to be active, you’ll feel yourself enjoying that .. but . before you awaken .
I’d like you to reinforce every . positive thought that you’ve ever had . about yourself . because . we all know we can daydream . we can all sleep . and we can all wake up although we don’t consciously know how we do that . and you can awaken now as I count backwards refreshed and alert. wake up now calm and confident..
